RemedyWay raw buckwheat is buckwheat that has been shelled in a stone mill. Raw tartar is not heat-treated and is still viable, as evidenced by the fact that it germinates. In this way, our buckwheat preserves the natural slightly nutty taste of buckwheat and does not have the burnt taste that occurs in ordinary heat-treated buckwheat.
Raw buckwheat is dried at a temperature not exceeding 39 °C and cleaned without using steam or heat.
High-quality raw buckwheat flour is a very good substitute for wheat flour. It is gluten-free and brings to our table the excellent nutritional properties of buckwheat, which ordinary flours cannot compete with. By the way, raw buckwheat flour can be used to make delicious kissel.
